What if I receive the wrong item, or the item is damaged or mislabeled?

We cover replacements for these items, just contact support@swtnest.com within 30 days of delivery with detailed description and clear photos of the item you want replaced.

Can I have the items exchanged because of the wrong size?

Unfortunately not.  Our products are custom-printed for your order and can't be exchanged for a different size. Please make sure you got the correct size by referring to the size chart. You can refer to our Refund/Return Policy for more information.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It depends where you are. Standard US shipping takes 3-6 business days after fulfillment and International Shipping takes 5-15 business days after fulfillment. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
